As part of the implementation of the student activities plan, the Office of Activities and the Student Union of the Faculty of Science and Arts in Ghadames organized an educational entertainment program today, Thursday, December 4, 2025, which included a visit to several historical landmarks in the city.
The program began with a special visit to the museum, where the students learned about the history of the city and its rich collections, under the supervision of Professor Mansour, who provided a comprehensive explanation of the museum's contents and their significance.
The visit also included wandering through the old city, getting to know its architectural character and the origins of its names, as well as listening to a collection of historical stories presented by Professor Abdul Rahman Younis in a rich style and with valuable information.
The visit was characterized by an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm, enjoyment, and benefit, and it contributed to enhancing the students' knowledge of the cultural heritage of the city of Ghadames.
