The Faculty of Science and Arts in Ghadames concludes the year 2025 by activating the electronic system for registration and examinations.
As part of the continuous efforts of the Faculty of Science and Arts in Ghadames to improve administrative performance and enhance student services, and in continuation of activating the electronic registration and examination system at the university; a workshop was held this morning, Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at the college headquarters on "The Mechanism for Operating the Unified System."
The workshop witnessed active attendance and direct supervision from:
Professor/ Khalifa Saleh Aboudah (the university registrar). Professor/ Mohamed Mustafa Tafouchet.
The workshop focused on training the leadership and executive staff at the college to ensure accurate implementation and smooth digital transition, targeting each of the following:
Mr. Dean of the College.
Mr. College Registrar.
Head of the Study and Examinations Department.
Director of Faculty Affairs Office.
Head of the Documentation and Information Department.
Staff of the Registration and Admissions Unit, and the Alumni Unit.
This step comes to ensure data accuracy, expedite the processes of extracting results and certificates, and facilitate the academic registration process, in line with the quality standards and digital transformation adopted by the university.
